Positions in Venue to be filled:
Cost Consultant
We're looking for a full-time or part-time cost consultant to join the Venue team.
Working alongside architects, theatre planners, acousticians and construction managers, your regular duties will include quantity measurement and pricing primarily for performing arts, visual arts, educational arts, entertainment arts and other specialty venues.
You must have the following experience: First and foremost experience at conceptual estimating for high end complex projects (experience in arts projects would be a distinct advantage), followed by experience at detailed estimating at the various stages of design, unit rate pricing, value engineering, attending Client and design team meetings. Proficiency in On Center Take Off, excellent computer skills, ability to collaborate with other highly skilled like minded professionals. Professional cost consulting, quantity surveying or construction estimating background likely. Our team highly values this support position and there is potential for growth within Venue.

Office Manager Assistant
We're looking for a part-time office manager to join the Venue team.
Working alongside the two cofounding Principals Sean and Steve Ryan, your regular duties will include office administration, bookkeeping, payroll and marketing assistance.
You must have the following experience: Proficient in Word, Excel and QuickBooks, and a knack for the skills required in marketing.
